Mission and Goals

The mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to collect, analyze, and disseminate information in support of institutional planning, policy analyses, and decision making.

Goals:

• Provide coordination of the College's reporting obligations to the federal government, state (UNC-General Administration and NCICU), SACS, ELCA, and other external agencies.
  

• Provide institution-wide, informational support through special projects and research studies.
  

• Develop and disseminate College-wide and academic data in support of unit level planning.
  

• Users of the Office of Institutional Research will indicate satisfaction with its services.
