founded in 1891. It is located in Hickory,
North
Carolina, a town of 37,000 in the western part
of the state.
By combining the liberal arts with professional
studies, Lenoir-Rhyne offers a rich foundation
in the arts, humanities, social sciences, language,
religion, and natural sciences -- as well as
the specific skills to live a purposeful life.
