INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRADUATE AND LICENSURE APPLICATION

MASTER OF ARTS IN EDUCATION

1. A $35 non-refundable application fee should accompany your application. You can get the application one of three ways:

2. Submit official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended.

3. Submit official copy of GRE or MAT test scores.

4. Submit, in sealed envelopes, three (3) Recommendation Forms completed by professionals attesting to your ability. Click Here to download Recommendation Form in PDF.

5. Submit copy of current teacher license. (All applicants for the MA in Education should hold current licensure from Department of Public Instruction.)
