INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRADUATE AND LICENSURE APPLICATION

TEACHER LICENSURE APPLICANTS

1. A $35 non-refundable application fee should accompany your application. You can get the application one of three ways:

2. Submit official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended.

3. Submit, in sealed envelopes, two (2) Recommendation Forms completed by professionals attesting to your ability. Click Here to download Recommendation Form in PDF.

4. Complete section on page two of standardized application.

5. Attach a statement, in your handwriting, explaining the principal reasons why you want to enroll in the Teacher Education Program at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
