Lenoir-Rhyne
parents are very involved in a number of on
and off campus activities. Volunteer activities
include:
Assist
with registration on Family Weekend
(normally the second weekend in
September).
Provide
baked goods and help greet freshmen and
their parents on freshman move-in day
(normally the third week in August).
Make
follow-up phone calls to parents of the
freshman class to offer "helpful
hints."
Attend
Admissions Office sponsored receptions
to help greet prospective students and
their parents.
Meet
with new parents and answer questions
during Freshman Preview, now known as
Jumpstart (normally in mid to late June).
