Business and commerce has been taught at Lenoir-Rhyne since 1901. Over the past century, programs in accounting, business education and international business have been added to serve the community. In developing its courses of study in business, the college has emphasized high quality and a breadth of knowledge as its guiding principles. Through a strong Liberal-Arts core and a Christian college campus community, Lenoir-Rhyne's graduates have gone forward to achieve outstanding records of performance as CEO's, senior executives and entrepreneurs. The college is gratified that so many of its graduates have achieved success as principled and ethical managers. With the MBA program, the college seeks to nurture and develop a new generation of managers whose success will create a record of exemplary performance.
