Our office works with students, parents, faculty, and campus offices as well as outside agencies and the general public in its mission to:

• Maintain financial account information for all students

• Provide statements of account balances on a regular basis

• Offer options for paying balances

• Collect data, timesheets and other information needed for processing student payroll

Message from the Business Office:

The Business Office staff would like to welcome all of our students to campus for an exciting Spring semester.  We want you to know that we are here to assist you in any way that we can.  Some key dates to keep in mind are:

Spring Tuition is due by the first day of classes
January 14 - the last day to drop classes without a charge
January 28 - first financial aid disbursement date (If your loans cause a credit balance, refund checks will be available at some point after this date.  Check with Debbie Punch after the 30th for a disbursement date.)
March 1 - SPRING BREAK!
May 1 - last day of classes
May 6 - last day of exams
