Withdrawal From a Course

Course charges are based on the student’s total classes registered as of the end of the Add/Drop period.  There are no refunds for course withdrawals after the end of the Add/Drop period except in the case where a student completely withdraws from the University.

 

Official Withdrawal From the University

When a student completely withdraws from the University, the student is required to provide written notification to the Registrar of the complete withdrawal from classes.  Students will then be considered to have officially withdrawn from school and charges are refunded according to the following schedule.  Refunds are calculated from the date of official withdrawal.

Room Refunds

Room charges are not refunded.

 

Board Refunds

Board charges are refunded on a pro-rated basis of 16 weeks per semester.
