Paying a Past Due Account
Lenoir-Rhyne College is very proud of the friendly feeling that exists between our students and ourselves. It is evident that the relationship is pleasant and beneficial to both of us. By making the effort to take care of your obligation to your educational debt, you will be making great strides toward maintaining your good credit rating.

Please read the following information carefully, then click on the link below to access the Promissory Note. Print the Promissory Note, fill it out and send the notarized copy to: Lenoir-Rhyne College Attn: Debbie Punch; PO Box 7227; Hickory, NC 28603. If you have any problems opening this link, contact the Director of Student Accounts at (828) 328-7105 or by email at punchd@lrc.edu and we will gladly fax, mail or email a Promissory Note to you.

All past due balances with L-R accrue a 1 ½ % finance charge every 30 days. We do not release transcripts or diplomas or allow registration until all balances are paid in full. Any account that remains past due for 3 months is subject to being turned over to a Collection Agent, Attorney's fees added and the balance reported to the Credit Bureau. By filling out the attached Promissory Note and returning it, you will be indicating your intention to pay this account and as long as payments are made on the agreed upon schedule, the account will not be turned over for collections and the balance will not be reported to the credit bureau. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
