Communication Internship Program

The Internship Program within the Communication Program is designed to enhance student's overall knowledge of the communication industry.

Through this applied skills experience in an off-campus professional environment, communication majors participate in a hands-on experience specifically within their chosen track area.

Interns are required to spend a minimum of 100 hours within this work environment, keep a daily log of their activities, write a detailed minimum 10-page paper regarding their overall experience, and then orally present this material to fellow majors. Presentations are conducted at the end of each semester and once in September for summer session interns.
