Communication Internship Program
The Internship
Program within the Communication Program is designed to enhance
student's overall knowledge of the communication industry.
Through this applied skills experience in an off-campus
professional environment, communication majors participate in a
hands-on experience specifically within their chosen track area.
Interns are
required to spend a minimum of 100 hours within this work
environment, keep a daily log of their activities, write a
detailed minimum 10-page paper regarding their overall
experience, and then orally present this material to fellow
majors. Presentations are conducted at the end of each semester
