IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please also complete an Equipment Request Form if you:

 

  • Have already reserved a facility and excluded a request for equipment (A/V equipment, tables etc.)

  • Only need tables (e.g., 1 or 2 tables in the Cromer Lobby and you are not reserving the entire lobby)

 

   Allow 2- 3 Days for Processing. Request must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.

The Belk Centrum and P.E. Monroe Auditorium must be reserved two (2) weeks in advance. 
 

The Quiet Room must first be reserved with library staff.  If event requires a special set-up, complete this Facility Use Request Form.

If you are requesting to reserve the Belk Centrum or P.E. Monroe Auditorium or your event requires technical assistance, also complete the Campus Technical Rider form.
