• P.E. Monroe Auditorium reservations require two (2) weeks notice.
   

• When booking the auditorium, please contact the Campus Technical Director to discuss the event's technical requirements (828-328-7234). A technical rider* must be provided to the Campus Technical Director at least two weeks prior to event.
  
  *A technical rider  is defined as a written explanation and list of any and all technical needs including, but not limited to microphones, lighting, video, film, overhead, music, tables, chairs, etc.
