
All records related to your employment should reflect current contact information. Your full mailing address and telephone number must be on file in the benefits office and with your department chair. You might need to confirm changes with several University offices, which do not necessarily share information.
Additionally you should ensure that all benefits records include current information. Remember that you must notify health and life insurance carriers, TIAA-CREF, and any other entities with which you do business, such as financial institutions. Check with the benefits office at ext. 7018 or blackmona@lrc.edu regarding the best way to identify your record with each entity.
