Lenoir-Rhyne College Faculty Search 2008

Lenoir-Rhyne College announces the following full-time faculty openings, beginning August 2008 (unless otherwise noted).   Dean, College of Education and Human Services
Lenoir-Rhyne College is seeking applications for its first Dean of the College of Education and Human Services. Position begins either August or September 2008. Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree is required. Professional record consistent with advanced rank and tenure required, including at least six years as a full-time higher education instructor and significant experience as an educational administrator, e.g., dean, associate dean, department chair, director, or equivalent. Candidates must hold the necessary credentials for faculty appointment in one of the areas of study in the college: Education; Counseling; or Human and Community Service. Position is a ten-month appointment (August-May) with half administrative and half teaching load, with an additional stipend for administrative responsibilities in the summer months. Review of candidates begins July 7, 2008.
