Classroom building facing the "quad"; constructed as Daniel Efird Rhyne Administration Building and converted to classroom-faculty office use exclusively in 1965; fully renovated for classroom use in 1982; named for the donor, Daniel E. Rhyne, Lincoln County industrialist. It is used for classes in English, Foreign Languages, History, Education, Business, Philosophy, and others.
