LENOIR-RHYNE LICENSE PLATES NOW AVAILABLE

 North Carolina residents can now purchase Lenoir-Rhyne College license plates for their vehicles. The newly approved tags feature the interlocking “LRC” logo above the L-R bar logo on the left side of the tag. On the right are the letters “LR.”

Any state resident can purchase Lenoir-Rhyne tags for their vehicles to show their support of the college. The tags may be ordered at any Department of Motor Vehicles office. They cost $25 more than the standard tag renewal fee each year. Of that amount, $15 is returned to the college and used for scholarships for children and grandchildren of alumni.

 “We hope to see lots of Lenoir-Rhyne College tags in use throughout the state,” said Nikki Hayes, director of alumni programs. “This is a great way to show your school spirit and to spread the word about Lenoir-Rhyne College.”

She added, “You don’t have to wait until your old tag expires to order your Lenoir-Rhyne College tag. Just stop by any DMV office and place your order.”
