Unlike many of the intramural programs, the aerobics program is not competitive. This is an activity that is designed for the individual. Come by yourself or come with friends. No teams are required for this program. You are not obligated to come at all times or even on a regular basis. Come and go as you wish- you're always welcome! Faculty, staff and students are welcome to participate in the program. |

The class will focus on body sculpting. This program will help you to tone & strengthen your muscles as well as lose weight! We will work every muscle in the body. This class is great for beginners as well as the advanced aerobic individual. We will provide hand weights, strengthening bands, body bars and mats. All you need to provide is yourself and the desire to get in shape. |

All classes are held in Moretz 107 (down the stairs by the pool) Class Times: Monday: 6:30 a.m. & 5 p.m. Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. & 5 p.m. Friday: 6:30 a.m. Classes last approximately 1 hour. |

Instructor: Meredith Hodges The intramural program is thrilled to welcome back Meredith Hodges as the aerobics instructor! Meredith has years of experience in teaching aerobics. She is CPR certified and has most recently taught aerobics at local fitness clubs. |
