| Panhellenic means an organization of all Greek-letter fraternities for women. The women who belong to the Panhellenic Association of Lenoir-Rhyne University include all women who are members of any of the national sororities present on our campus. Just as each sorority has officers who govern their chapter, the Panhellenic Association is governed by a group of officers known as the Panhellenic Council. The Panhellenic Council is comprised to two delegates from each sorority. Some of the purposes of the Council are to direct Recruitment activities and to determine the rules which govern the sororities. The Council also plans and directs various activities in which all sororities participate. The Council strives to maintain good fraternity life and interfraternity relations. |
