All fields are 53 yards wide and 40 yards long.
 

All games are two halves; 20 minutes each.
 

Ball starts on the +40 yard line.
 

Interceptions are blown dead automatically.  

Ball carrier is down when flag is pulled off, tied flags will result in a turnover.

 

Blocking is legal above the waist.   STAY ON YOUR FEET.
 

Touchdowns are 6 pts.  Conversion from the 3 yd line equals 1 pt.  

Must achieve 1 first down before “going for it” on 4th Down.
 

If the game ends scoreless, both teams get 4 downs from the 10.

The QB must release the ball within 4 seconds or take a sack at the spot.

Pass interference is an automatic 1st Down.
