STATEMENT OF SPRING TERM PLANS

The information will verify housing availability and facilitate room assignments for new and returning students.  You must return this form even if you are returning to your current room next semester.

Please Note:

• All parties involved in a room change must agree before the change will be considered. If your roommate is leaving or you reside in a double and don't currently have a roommate, you may  be assigned a roommate for second semester.

• If you currently reside in a double room by yourself, you MUST have half of the room cleared BEFORE you depart for winter break in preparation for incoming new students.

•  If you are not returning to Lenoir-Rhyne College, you must officially withdraw from the College (necessary forms are available in the Academic Advising Office).  You must completely vacate your room before the winter break and checkout properly with a staff member. Failure to checkout or clean your half of the room may result in a fine. This form must be completed in order for your dorm damage deposit to be returned.

(Completing this request does not guarantee a room change for the second semester.  Residence Life Staff will give final approval for all room changes. IF APPROVED, room changes can be made before break or immediately following your return in January.  No room changes are allowed until the completed Room Change form is returned to the Office of Student Affairs.)

    I plan to commute from home during spring semester. (Requires approval before being released from Housing Contract –*Note* changing status from resident to commuter during the year will result in loss of housing deposit.)

   I will leave Lenoir-Rhyne College after this semester and not return to any residence hall.
